Product: hp dc7800
Just solved the said issue by
1.unplug all devices from motherboard including ram sata cables jumpers and power cords etc
2.keep pressed cmos button for about 15 sec
3. Make sure cmos battery is unplugged too...rub the clip in cmos battery slot with a tester/screw driver for a while
4.now plugin all the devices again
5.power on the system
Hope its done
