Product: HP 200 g3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! I have 2 cases of hp 200 G3 giving me sleepless nights. 

The first one makes 3 long followed by 2 short beeps. I try all recommend methods (i tried clearing the BIOS as follow: disconnected all components, removed the CMOS battery , pressed simultaneously it 2 terminals + the pwr button.), Changed the ram. Yet no changes. I can hear the HDD running but the CPU fan does not. 

 

The 2nd has the mother board powered but when the pwr button is pressed nothing happens.
