Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently got a noctua nh-us air cooler and a pair of G skill 32 gb ram. I swapped the ram the same day I received them I than swapped the air cooler two days later. I than turned it on after it was put together and I was greeted with 3 long beeps and 3 short beeps. I than took back out the air cooler because I think I used too much thermal paste but than cleaned the cpu and the cooler to reinstall. Turned my pc back on to be greeted with another beep  code 3 long beeps and 2 short beeps. I,ve looked online for assistance and even tried taking one ram stick out, to see if one was broken tried both and my old and it still gives me the beeps please help!!

The manual also says 3 long beeps and 2 short beeps are a ram issue I’ve installed and reinstalled my new and old ram and same result same with putting just one stick in the pc but after the beeping my pc will continue to run with no display even tried using an hdmi instead of a  dp cable still nothing and I also can’t get into bios because of no display

Hi

The first one

3.3

indicates potential graphics chip failure. For an integrated configuration: For an integrated configuration, check if the graphics are on the processor or system board. For an integrated configuration where graphics are powered on from the CPU, swap for a known good quality processor. For an integrated configuration, replace the system board or processor, if applicable. If the expansion card needs additional power, verify that the cord is plugged in. For a non-integrated configuration: Reinstall the card if possible. Test the known correct card if possible. Replace the affected component.

3.2 indeed
Indicates a potential memory failure.

Recall.
Correct the memory configuration (correct DIMM slot and size / type correspondence).
Test with good memory.
Replace the affected component.

You could have two problems, so also check the other one.
try each (old) module in each slot
If you have not followed the necessary precautions during your replacement, and / or incompatible module tested
the motherboard may be damaged
