HP ProDesk 400 G6 Microtower PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I've a ProDesk 400 G6 and I have encountered the 3F0 error: while PC is working, suddenly appear the blue screen and the restart starts.
At the end of restart, I see a black screen with "Boot device not found, please install an operating system".
I've followed this HP support guide (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_3053911-2842957-16), but the problem persists.
Thank you for helping me!

In reference to the Troubleshooting guide you posted. How far did you get with the guide?  If you did Step 3, what were the results of the Diagnostics?

Assuming you did not do the complete listing under step 3.  If you did, then step 6 and step 7-  under the Step 3 of the guide

What were the results from these?

  • 6. If the hard drive passes the Quick Test, but there is still a problem with the hard drive, run the Extensive Test. This test includes the SMART Check, Short DST, Optimized DST, and Long DST. To run these tests individually, select them from the Hard Drive Tests menu.

  • 7. If the hard drive fails a test, click Troubleshoot.
