Hi, I recently tried to reset my desktop to how I got it right out of the box. I guess I had a corrupt OS image so when I tried to reset it via the Windows settings, it would simply stop in the middle of it and go straight to "Undoing changes" and what not.
I've tried to reset it by installing Windows again through a bootable USB drive but in the process, I ended up getting a 3F0 error. I've followed this guide (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06101701) and it seems as though I don't have Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology showing up for me. (In addition, on the screen I get when pressing F2, it seems like "Components Tests" doesn't show up either.)
I would love some urgent help as my warranty has expired!

Welcome to the HP support community.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
I hope that helps.
