Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

(Anyone help me every time I run the pc I get 4 beebs I thought it was from power supply I changed still have the 4 beeps).      But when I unplug the pci-E cable the pc starts  .      Is the problem from the GPU or the motherboard) I have hp z220 and rx 570

I suspect the RX-570 has gone bad.  That graphics card requires a 450 watt power supply and I assume you have 450 or more watts.  If the card is defective it may be trying to pull more power than the supply can provide.

 

If the motherboard has built in graphics then remove the card and see if the system boots up using the onboard graphics.

 

Please provide the Product ID or exact model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol.
