Microsoft Windows 11

I have been using an email account from "mail.com" for a number of years. When I open an email, the body of the message shows 404 page not found. It is the same error message for another user on this computer. I can open the message and view without a problem on my android phone.  What is wrong with my computer?

Reinstall browser if possible and make sure date and time of laptop is correct

While I appreciate the suggestion, I did not want to go to such a drastic measure as uninstalling the Edge browser. This problem is unusual in that It only occured on my home desktop. Messages open fine on an android phone. I also tried another user's email and got the same error on the desktop. I shut down and restarted twice and there was no change. After letting the matter rest for a day, I reopened my email on the desktop and the images slowly began opening up in the messages. There was some setting I could not find that was preventing the email messages from loading when opening them. The messages now appear as they did before, so it was either a glitch in the website's server or a setting on my desktop that reset.

Open in an InPrivate/Incognito window and log in to mail.com there. If it works, it’s a cache/cookie issue in your regular profile.

If issue remains, Disable extensions, try different browser and check
