Hello! When i start my computer the startup button lights up for about a second, then turns black for about a second. After that it turns on again and after mabey 40 seconds i get to a blue screen saying i have 502 cmos error. After pressing a button to reset the computer boots as normal exept that windows has freaked out and has me waiting for two hours before i can log in. I went to the support assistant and updated the bios but thta didnt work. I tried to replace the battery since i realised that the clock wasnt counting when the computer is off. But that didnt solve the bios error (obviusly). Thanks!

Hi @Luxwor,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
I suggest that you contact HP Service Center in your location from this weblink: https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/service-center
Note: Select your country from the dropdown, enter the city or postal code, select the product and click on search to locate the nearest HP Service center near your location.
Hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
