I have an HP 8300 CMT. Every time, during booting, a beep is heard and 511- cpu fan not detected error, press f1 to boot appears. After I press F1, Windows 10 load normally. This happened after Windows 10 1903 update.
Any idea as how to solve this problem?
Thank you in advance.

Greetings,
Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
This error message is usually a BIOS problem. Try resetting the BIOS to defaults or pull the CR2032 MB battery, let the PC sit for about 15 minutes to reset CMOS. Install a new CR2032 MB battery.
Roll back to the previous Windows 10 installation to see if the error message is directly related to the Windows 10 1903 update. Highly unlikely, but who knows??
This is the only advice I can provide based upon your problem description.
Regards
