Shutdown your PC and disconnect from power. Once disconnected, hold the power button for three seconds to release residual power. Open up the case by removing the side panel.
Chances are the CPU cooling fan in your HP 110-243w Desktop PC is either disconnected (check the 3-pin power plug for proper fit), clogged up with dust-bunnies (use compressed/canned air to clean), or is defective -meaning, it is not spinning when you turn on your PC. If that is the case, replace the cooling fan. I could not identify a part number for this particular fan, only the heatsink + cooling fan assembly (HP 110-320 400-334 MB CPU Heatsink and Fan 712659-HF New Pull 645814141275 | eBay). If you buy this unit, unscrew the cooling fan and replace the cooling fan only.

Question is, this system is so ancient and under-performing (see: HP 110-210 Desktop Computer Review Part 1 - YouTube), perhaps you want to consider getting something newer...
