How to reset a custom BIOS Splash screen to the hp Splash Screen

How did you obtain a PC with a custom BIOS splash screen? Did you buy a used PC from a company, one that shows their logo on boot up?

 

If so, you are stuck as that is "burned" into the firmware of the BIOS and you can not change it.  IF you take it back to the company, they might have a way to replace the BIOS to clean that out.
