Hi, @adam50008
There are two ways to solve the problem you are having and rolling back the BIOS to an older version is not one of them.
1. Easy way (you will not have Bitlocker though).
Go into the BIOS (F10).
Go to the Security tab menu
Device Security
Change the Embedded security device from available to hidden.
Save the settings there and save them when you exit.
PC reboot should return to normal.
2. More inconvenient but best way to do it:
Reinstall W10 in UEFI mode.
To do that, download the W10 ISO file using the Media creation tool.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
Make a bootable W10 UEFI USB installation flash drive with the W10 ISO file you downloaded with Rufus.
Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way
Select the GPT partition scheme from the drop-down menu, where you see MBR in the illustration.
To boot from the USB flash drive, restart the PC, immediately press/tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.
Select the F9 boot options menu.
Boot from the UEFI USB flash drive, not the legacy one.

Adam.
Bios 2.33 as well as all bios after 2.28 cannot be rolled back.
NOTE: Due to security changes, after loading this BIOS, older versions cannot be installed.
In addition your CPU may not function if it is type "Sandy Bridge" with revision "0x2d" or later

Two minute delay from turn on to HP Icon on screen?
That indicates a disk problem, press ESC and make one pass through the diagnostics
Two minute delay from turn on to Windows Screen?
You have too much stuff loading into windows. Too many app or process and you may be too low on disk space or have not enough memory for all the processes to fit into memory.
How much memory you have?
Is your boot disk SSD or HDD? If HDD consider WD Blue 500 SSD
Have %15 free space available?
Look in event viewer for timeouts. Lot of apps like to phone home especially antivirus? Some "phone homes" no longer reach home and timeout after 30 seconds.
Are you running more than one antivirus app?
