Product: HP Z440 Workstation

I keep getting a 

928 fatal PCIe error

Surprise link down error

Completion timeout on slot 2

when playing a video game -  WOT 

I have so far: updated the BIOS, reseated the video card, change PCIe slots, changed to a different video card, changed  Advanced > Slot Settings in BIOS to Auto

 

and the problem still persists

Any further ideas?
