HP PAVILLION. Computer lost power during update. When turning on I originally got the HP logo then Auto Repair in a continual loop. I tried all the suggestions out there including a BIOS rollback. Nothing works. Today I tried starting while holding Windows + B.  Now I get the logo, a blue screen with the ACPI BIOS ERROR & an auto repair in a loop. Now I am in BIOS Management & I get the following message. “The selected BIOS image was not available. You may select an alternate image file, or cancel the update. This system’s BIOS ID is F.45 A signature file must also be available in the same directory.”

Any suggestions?

Go into the BIOS and change TPM setting to Disabled/Hidden.
