- Hi I tried to restore to factory settings AIO turned off light at back says it's on but doesn't actually turn after pressing button my model is this HP All-in-One - 23-r107a

@Dom456 -- that lamp probably indicates ONLY that the power-supply is receiving power.
It does not indicate that the computer is "on".
I recommend that you take your computer, and power-cord, to a computer technician, for professional trouble-shooting, because All-In-One computers are very difficult to disassemble and to try to "part-swap" to try to fix.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
