Product: HP EliteOne 800 G3 Base Model 23.8-inch Non-Touch All-in-One PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, can someone please help me solve this issue, I have an AIO which will only boot up properly once the power is drained (e.g. power cable out and then back in) - no matter what I do I am unable to restart the PC successfully following this in order to boot up the machine as normal (power lights on fine but just nothing on screen following any restart).

 

Only method is to continually take power cable out and then back in, could this be a hardware issue as I have tried all sorts in the BIOS as well as updating the BIOS to the latest v2.49

 

Please can anyone help with this, or has anyone had a similar issue who may know the resolution of this?
