On the latest bios version for my HP Pavillion TG01 pc, F.37, there is an issue with the fTPM, with it being too low of a version for Black Ops 6 to recognize it as TPM 2.0 compliant, even though it is. Will there be a BIOS update for this type of pc motherboard that fixes it before Black Ops 7 releases? That game will not function at all without the updated fTPM. Thanks.

Yes, BIOS version F.37 is the latest BIOS I could find.

Your PC needs a newer BIOS update which fixes the Secure Boot (PK) database problem.

You'll have to wait until HP provides a BIOS update for your PC's MB. HP is now fixing this problem on all affected PCs/MBs..

I'm sure your PC's MB is in the cue.

Unfortunately no, it's a different problem, you can find the problem here: https://www.amd.com/en/resources/support-articles/faqs/pa-420.html. I have exactly the same problem and a bios that solved the problem of my secure boot arrived on August 25 but did not solve this one... To be honest, I'm really tired of the problems of poor support for bios updates at HP, we're talking about a microcode problem, all of which date back to 2018... If you want to check my pc is a GT14-0000a bios version on my pc F.36

Yes, you are correct. I just became aware of the TPM issue yesterday.

HP need to update the fTPM firmware to stop this error when running Black Ops 6.

There are two different issues causing gaming problems with various games:

- Outdated Secure Boot (PK) database.

- Outdated TPM firmware.
