Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
As we have purchased more than 10 systems in the last 2/3 months. In one system we are facing issues while rebooting the system. During the system reboot its saying Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. Click to set up your PIN again.
We are stuck on this screen and unable to move to the next screen. Could you please review and suggest why this is happening and what solution we can apply over here.

Greetings @ksandeep
Welcome back to the Forum.
Opinions or troubleshooting suggestions in this response are provided independently. I am not employed by: HP, Inc. or the HP Forum.
I've had this problem happen on occasion over the last few years.
You should be able to sign in using the system setup password.
Then reset the PIN in Settings>Accounts>Sign-in options.
A repetitive PIN sign in problem might be a TPM issue.
Regards
