Attempting to hook up a new printer and it is asking me for the administrator password. I have attempted to change the password but in all of the ways I have looked up to do this, I am not able to. Ex: in my control panel I do not have the option to change a password. In the settings, I do not even have a password button I can press. I only have facial recognition, biometrics, or pin. Unfortunately, I am needing the printer for work things, and I am getting super frustrated.
