IS THERE A WAY TO CHANGE THE ADMINISTRATOR PASSWORD IF YOU HAVE FORGOTTEN THAT PASSWORD?

Use the HP Embedded Web Server (EWS):
 

• On the printer's control panel, touch the Information icon.
• Touch the Ethernet icon to view the IP address or host name.
• Open a web browser and enter the IP address or host name in the address bar.
• The EWS will open.
• Navigate to the Security tab.
• Go to the General Security menu.
• Enter the name in the Username field and your desired new password in the New Password and Verify Password fields.
• If prompted for an old password, input it if you remember it.
