Greetings,
Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
This symptom is usually caused by faulty hardware.
Possible Causes:
-Power supply or power switch
-Internal components connected to the motherboard (SATA devices, RAM, USB front panel devices, discrete graphics, or other miscellaneous devices) or even a faulty peripheral device connected to the PC
- A bad external port such as a USB port
-The motherboard (MB) or, very unusual, the CPU
Only connect a monitor
Check/reseat internal cabling connections and components.
Then slowly reduce the PC to a minimum configuration by disconnecting internal components one at a time if reseating everything does not work.
Check for a successful POST after removing each component down to the MB.
Regards
