Ho Z220
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
My PC Z220 was working but suddenly now it's not starting. As I press power button of PC ..it's start for some seconds in that time I also hear fan voice. Means fan spin fast than it's regular basis for some seconds...than my PC turns off... When again I press power button...i face that problem. Plz help me ..I really tired

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

This symptom is usually caused by faulty hardware.

 

Possible Causes:

 

-Power supply or power switch

-Internal components connected to the motherboard (SATA devices, RAM, USB front panel devices, discrete graphics, or other miscellaneous devices) or even a faulty peripheral device connected to the PC

- A bad external port such as a USB port

-The motherboard (MB) or, very unusual, the CPU

 

Only connect a monitor

Check/reseat internal cabling connections and components.

Then slowly reduce the PC to a minimum configuration by disconnecting internal components one at a time if reseating everything does not work.

 

Check for a successful POST after removing each component down to the MB.
