I turned on my pc after a month it didn't show any thing on screen, I checked everything it was fine , both CPU and PSU fans were working but pc didn't show any thing on screen after one minute PSU fans start spinning at very high speed so I cut off power.
Than I reset my ram , pc boot up normally , after few hours working fine I shutdown my pc and after a day when I tried to turn it on again it didn't show any thing on screen while everything is going fine. Again after resetting my ram it boot up.
I cleaned my ram sticks , checked them one by one, test them with windows memory diagnosis tool no errors were found.
Even I reset my bios but problem is same, when I restart my pc it works fine but when I shutdown my pc it won't turn on until I reset my ram.
Please help me.

The above indicates a problem with bios and/or a serious problem with the motherboard.. The latest versions are here but obviously you need to be able to start windows. Try to upgrade BIOS to the latest version. If this does not solve your problem than probably issue is in motherboard.

It goes without say that you have some type of hardware problem. I have HP6000 somewhat similar and slightly older than your 6300. Do you have the latest diagnostics and advisories? There may be newer ones than I show below.
i have
Support Assist: 9.13.85.0
Hardware Diags: 1.8.0.0
There is a discussion of the support assistant comparing version 8 and 9 and it is not clear if the older version handles problems better for older systems.
I suspect the following: Your system may not actually be shutting down. It may look like it shut down but it may be hung. Possibly the fans are still spinning and / or the power LED is still on. Please check. I have a very similar problem that your system reminded me of. If I click "shutdown" on my surface pro 4 but I close the lid before it actually shuts down I cannot turn it back on unless I do a hard reset (hold own volume and on switch for 10 seconds). This is a sleep problem with SP4 which your system MAY not have. You might check and see if clicking shutdown causes sleep but that is just a guess.
Look in the windows event manager for "Critical Errors" both in SYSTEM and in APPS. There might be some clue as to what is causing the problem. Download speedfan and run the SMART disk analysis. It will look at the history log of the disk drive for problems that windows normally does not see. Be sure to check your disk against the data base: done when running that SMART test in speedfan.

Thanks for replying, I have installed hp hardware diagnostic application and run full system scan but no issue were found. When I restart my pc it works fine. But when I start it after shuting down It doesn't boot up ,no signal on monitor while all the fans and harddrive running and it doesn't show anything on screen no beaps , and after nearly 1 minute PSU fan speed up at its full speed. Than I turned off power and reinstall ram than it start working normally. Every time I reinstall ram to start my pc after shuting down it

Thanks for replying. I download and run memteszt86 but no errors found at all . I am sharing screen shots of results.
I also run speedfan and scan hard drive for error and finally no errors were found. I think the problem occur when I shutdown my PC. It work fine during sleep mode.
