Hi @Markatiya,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP PCs freeze at the TPM PPI (Trusted Platform Module Physical Presence Interface) screen after a system reset. This typically happens when the system is trying to clear or reinitialize the TPM, but the process gets stuck, and keyboard input (like pressing F1) doesn't work.

1. Perform a Full CMOS Reset

This clears BIOS settings and may bypass the TPM screen.

  • Turn off the PC and unplug it.
  • Open the case (if desktop) or back panel (if laptop).
  • Remove the CMOS battery (a coin-cell battery) for 5–10 minutes.
  • Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds (to discharge residual power).
  • Reinsert the battery and power on.

If your PC has a CMOS reset jumper, use that instead (refer to your motherboard manual or HP support page).

2. Use a Wired USB Keyboard

Some users reported that Bluetooth or wireless keyboards don’t work at the TPM PPI screen. Try:

  • Plugging in a full-size wired USB keyboard
  • Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete or F1 again

I hope this helps.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
