I have a HP Pavilion 27-n014a / M1R41AA and the device doesn't power on.
When you try to turn the PC on, the white LED on the front flashes 7 times pauses then repeats.
The machine does not reach the BIOS and there are no beeps.
I have been unable to find any documentation saying what this code is and assistance is appreciated.

Depending on the age of the PC and the BIOS vendor...
Power button LED blinks 7 times with 7 beeps
Contact support for possible Main-Board replacement.
Troubleshooting is here......

Yes I did look at the troubleshooting page for this model PC but it wasn't particularly helpful for this issue.
The machine was purchased in 2016 so a 2015 BIOS is likely however there are no beeps, do you believe that this is still the same issue?

Beeps don't always happen nowadays, because the Main Board does not have a small on-board Piezo Speaker, the system relies on the larger speakers fitted, so a blinking light is all you blinking well get.
2015 on-wards is supposed to be 2 parts to the 'message'.
3-4 0r 4-3 even 2-5 or 5-2.
Other tables (not relevant I believe) list...
Caps/Num lock lights = 7 blinks - Sure Start unable to find valid BIOS Boot Block image.
