Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 23-q109a (Touch)

My all in one desktop sounds a loud alarm at startup. 3 long, 4 short for 5 cycles. PC boots up after that

Since it eventually boots up, then try this simple fix for this AIO with this problem.  Unplug the power cord from the back of the PC.  Press the power button and hold for 30 secs.  Reinsert the power cord and restart the PC.
