Product: HP All-in-One - 24-g227c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP all in one was functioning normally, and suddenly the screen went black and all power was lost.  When I tried to turn the computer back on, I noticed that there was no light above the socket in back where power adapter plugs in.  I am wondering if the external power adapter has failed.  Also, if not the power adapter, what else could cause this sudden loss of all power?
