Greetings,

Welcome back to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

Please provide the beep cadence. The cadence may help to isolate the problem.

This HP Support site (Link to site) provides error codes. Your PC was released for sale in 2016.

Check the first list of error codes to see if you can find a match.

Regards

This has only happened the one time, I turned it off, turned back on after a few seconds. Yes, I know it came out in 2016, however I bought as new at Stapleton's in May of 2018.

Trust me if it does this again, I will listen for the cadences of beeps.

Thank you for the reply

Hi Granma211,

You're very welcome.

Your PC's manufacture date helps to select the correct BIOS error beep codes at the HP Support site in my first response. The first group of error codes at this HP Support site relate to PCs manufactured in the last couple of years.

You should be in warranty until May, 2019.

Regards
