My desktop every time I turn on the screen there are a series of beeps three long four short and then it tells me to press a button to enter the BIOS menu but it does not recognize

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

 

The 3 long beeps and 4 short beeps could mean a bad power supply. 

 

Why don't you try this first: unplug the power cord from your AIO, wait at least three minutes and then plug it back in.
