HP All-in-One - 20-c023w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been trying to fix this for a long time now and nothing has worked so i have decided to ask for help. My hp all in one has not been well and it wont power on now. I have tried holding the button, pressing it repeatedly, and everything else. When i plug it in to the wall the light on the front just flashes over and over. Any suggestions as to what is wrong?

@Gabe_H Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that all in one will not turn on.

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

Please perform the below steps:

Perform a hard reset (Remove all cables from the AIO, hold the power button in for 30 seconds, reconnect the cables and restart the PC)

If the issue persists, Access the BIOS by tapping on F10 during the restart and if the computer restarts while you are in the BIOS screen, it would confirm a hardware failure and you need to contact HP for a hardware service.

However, if it doesn't turn off while you are in BIOS, restart the computer and Tap on F11, to attempt a system restore followed by a system recovery to resolve the issue (follow the screen instructions for details).
