PC turns on, fun runs, no beeping sounds. Press F1 to boot, you press F1 and it tries to attempt booting but restarts and comes back to press F1 optio

PC turns on, fun runs, no beeping sounds. Press F1 to boot, you press F1 and it tries to attempt booting but restarts and comes back to press F1 option again.

I removed all external connections, reseat memory, CMOS, power connections and processor but problem still persist

the problem seems clear, the date and or time are incorrect
you must enter the date and time, save the bios configuration and quit
As mentioned, if it is not kept, the battery may be worn out, in this case it will have to be replaced.
if that is not enough, then it will be necessary to search further

@Jerryjay -- the "good news" here is that a replacement "CMOS Battery" is under $5 (taxes included).

This battery is on your motherboard, silver-coloured, and about the size of a $0.25 USA coin.

Gently "wedge" the current battery out of its socket, and purchase an identical replacement -- study the labeling carved into the "top" of the battery. Push the replacement battery into the socket, with that labeling visible.  Then, restart your computer, and press F10 to enter BIOS Setup, and set the date/time, then "Save-and-Exit" from BIOS Setup.
