Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

So recently I found out I had a memory link my device ram is 8gb and I have tried the boost option to add more ram via USB drive. Says computer is too powerful... but it's actually not when I go to task manager it'll show almost half the time 100% and never drops below 60%. Which isnt normal especially when I'm not running anything. Do I want to change to raid instead of achi. I've been told thus can improve my memory. But I could be wrong so any information and advice would help. Or if I could force the ready boost to work somehow maybe it will help. Anyways I made this to ask about getting into bios but the advance tab. I've literally done everything to try and enable the advance tab and I have no luck.
