Thank you for letting me know you are looking into this issue. My PC model is HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2400ng PC (4E4R0EA#ABD). If you need any files or logs, please let me know how to proceed.

Hello all.  I noticed that BIOS update F.39 came out, so I applied it hoping this would resolve the issue for secure boot and platform key.  Alas, it did not. The behavior that I noted still is occurring exactly as before.  That is, no matter what I try to do, the platform key is missing and will not load; and the secure boot, even though turned on in BIOS, will be off by the time Windows loads.

That said, I did notice something in Event Viewer, that I assume might be related but am not positive.  It says:

Secure Boot certificates have been updated but are not yet applied to the device firmware. Review the published guidance to complete the update and ensure full protection. This device signature information is included here.

Is there a way to manually load the new certificates or is this something that HP or Microsoft will need to do?

Appreciate any advice and thanks.

Today, I have successfully downloaded and installed the BIOS version F.39 Rev.A, but the Secure Boot issue still hasn't been resolved. After selecting and installing the HP key in the BIOS options, restarting the system still brought no changes.
