There is a generic approach, since the model number is not posted, but it works for most of the newer HP models.
Before actually pressing the start button to start the PC, start tapping the ESC button. Continue tapping Esc button about once every 1/2 sec then press the start button to start the PC - keep tapping the Esc button until a popup menu shows. Then you can select the option needed from the BIOS popup menu.
