Product: HP Pavilion 590-p0025ur
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When i start up my pc, it loads up a standard welcome screen with my user, but when i log in, it’s nothing but my screen blinking white and black (when it’s black, there is a taskbar, but it’s not functioning). 

I googled, and came to a conclusion, that my BIOS is broken. I googled again. After that i tried resetting my BIOS with Win + b, but when i do that, my pc just keeps turning on and off until i let the buttons go. 

I’m devastated and don’t know what to do.
