Product: Pavilion p6142p

Need BIOS download for the Pavilion p6142p that allows creation option for BIOS Recovery USB Flash.  Is this available?

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

Your PC was released for sale in 2009.

 

I don't think HP was including a USB BIOS recovery option at this time.

 

This HP Support site (Link) details instructions on how to create a BIOS update USB stick but I don't think this option will work with your PC.

 

Look at "Update the BIOS when Windows does not start".
