Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

BIOS update failed.  Blank screen.  Nonresponsive PC.  resetting has not worked.  what are my options?  Motherboard?

You could try BIOS recovery steps at this HP Site.

 

Or check this HP Video showing how to update or recover the BIOS outside of the operating system. You need a recent HP BIOS update for your specific MB to create a USB BIOS recovery flash drive

 

I can't identify your PC's MB ID known as a MB SSID. I have been having a problem checking HP MB specifications over the last few days. The HP BIOS update at this Site (ROM family 8768) may or may not be the correct BIOS update for your MB.

 

You may need HP factory service. Or you may have to contact a local PC Tech if you cannot recover the HP BIOS using the above methods.
