Product: Omen 880
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need a functional UEFI interface. The "HP Setup Utility" is basically useless and provides very minimum system/hardware information at best, as well as being extremely limited in configuration capabilities.

I suggest you go online and read about a product called EasyUEFI.  I don't have a UEFI PC I can afford to risk, so I have not tried using it.  But the information on it looks like it will give you the stuff you want.
