Product: Spectre x360

I need to change these settings which can be found under Advanced tab in bios. 

1) Boot Sequence-Onboard NIC untick
2) System configuration-Integrated NIC-Disable

3) Power Management-Wake on LAN/WLAN-Disabled

I have watched hundreds of videos on Youtube and asking for help in more than 25 forums which in vain have no solutions. 
Most people are saying to try  modding the laptop or Flash it to unlock the advanced tab in bios and some others are saying try combination key. NOTHING WORKS TILL NOW. 

I want to know which third parties apps or which solution does exist on this earth to help me to modify these setting ?
I WILL BE VERY HAPPY TO DONATE $100
