Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

There is a BIOS update but it is only supported on Windows 7 (Link). You can do Windows 8.x BIOS updates on Windows 10 but a Windows 7 BIOS update is problematic.

 

This BIOS update is circa 2014. It would probably not fix any problems you may be having on Windows 10.
