You're very welcome.

It would be one of these...Only one of these 3 would be the right one.

HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 2AE0)

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp67001-67500/sp67061.exe

HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 2AF3)

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72001-72500/sp72302.exe

HP Consumer Desktop PC BIOS Update (ROM Family SSID 2AF7)

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp76501-77000/sp76898.exe

That is why you have to check your current BIOS version, and figure out what ROM Family SSID you have:

 2AE0, 2AF3  or 2AF7.

And again...you would need to reinstall W8.1 to update the BIOS.

I don't see that any of these are supported to be run on W10.

Hi:

There are BIOS updates listed under the Windows 8.1 driver page for your model.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-ENVY-700-Desktop-PC-series/5399651/model/6871743

In order to update the BIOS, you must:

1.  Select the correct BIOS update for the BIOS ROM family SSID your PC's motherboard needs.

2.  Update the BIOS running a supported operating system.

If none of the BIOS updates show they are supported to be run on W10, then I would highly recommend that you do not update the BIOS unless you reinstall W8.1.

Dear Mr Tikkanen.

Sorry of the delay of my reply.

I took a change to update the flash within Widows 10 and everything worked fine.

The sad thing is that HP dont offer the BIOS drivers within the Windows 10 drivers page.

I have used many hours because of that.

Without Your links i would never come up with the idea to look for it in the Windows 8.1 pages.

Thank You again Mr. Tikkanen and a shame on You to HP

Anytime.

Glad to have been of assistance.

I am also happy to read that your gamble to update the BIOS in W10 was a winning one.
