After last Microsoft insider update 16215 comes this error: "Selected boot image did not Authenticate. Press Enter to continue. "
When I do that, press enter, my laptop shut down, black out.
I guess it's something wrong in laptops Bios.
Question:
Where can I download BIOS ?
I will do this: Updating the BIOS when Windows does not start (Windows 10, 8, 7)
I hope this gives new life to my laptop, if I can do clear install win 10.
HDD = ok
computer works with Linux or win 8.1, but will not boot win 10.

This indicates that the BIOS is working correctly -- trying to update it will *NOT* solve your problem.

The BIOS tries to "protect" you, by only allowing you to boot from "authenticated" devices.
On your computer, somehow, your copy of Windows has been "corrupted", and the BIOS blocks the attempt to boot it.
If you can enter BIOS SETUP, you may be able to "disable" that check for "authentication", so that the BIOS will allow you to boot into Windows.

I can take t Bios set up, but unfortunately I can not find any way to fix it. I have tried any possibilities what I have read in discussions on HP forum.

From:
with some editing by me:
... secure boot ... is a new security feature launched with Windows 8.
Many users have reported no longer experiencing this error after disabling Secure Boot.
Try the following.
- Reboot ... and press F10 until the BIOS loads.
- Check both the "boot options" and "secure boot configuration" sections for the ability to disable Secure Boot ...
- Disable Secure Boot and enable Legacy Boot Support.
- Save the changes and reboot ...
- Verify whether the issue is resolved and post the result.

Or, do a Google-search for "selected boot image did not authenticate" for more possibilities.

Fixes: - Provides improved security of UEFI code.
NOTE: HP strongly recommends transitioning promptly to this updated BIOS version which supersedes all previous releases.

Great result.
I am not sure whether "updating" the BIOS fixed your symptoms, or whether just "replacing" the contents of the BIOS fixed your symptoms.
Compare to updating, by upgrading to a brand-new automobile battery, to servicing the existing battery -- cleaning the posts of the existing automobile battery and tightening the connections to those battery-posts.

hesekiel: Dear "mdklassen", You are not sure, but I am sure: The fault was one and only in bios. I wanted to renew the BIOS, but when it was a new version I naturally downloaded it.
ps.
I made a hole in the machine's inner shell from which I could reset the BIOS by unplugging the battery connector from the system board without dismantling the whole machine. "Step 1: Recover the BIOS using a key press combination" in
https://support.hp.com/id-en/document/c02693833
helps not.
