Product: HP EliteDesk 800 G2 Small Form Factor PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When I press the ESC key while booting my PC it appears to have connected to the BIOS. However, it will not respond to any key actions and I cannot change the boot device order or do anything else. What would you suggest?

It is my suspicion that you are using a USB keyboard. The HP EliteDesk 800 G2 Small Form Factor PC uses/has a PS/2 connection for the keyboard. Try using a PS/2 keyboard. Some of the older hardware does not recognize the USB connected keyboards while in the BIOS mode because the USB drivers do not load until Windows loads.
I'm not an HP employee.
