Product: HP ProOne 400 G2 20-inch Non-Touch All-in-One PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
My pc (HP Pro One 400 G2 Non-Touch All-in-One) powers up with a black screen and no power to keyboard and mouse. I've replaced CMOS battery and the RAM sticks with new ones according to specifications. I did also try out lates BIOS from hp support but got the 5 long red and 2 short white blinks on start-up. I reverted to the BIOS that was running the machine, the pc went back to the black screen but runs. I'd like to get access to the previous versions of the N13 bios so i could get the pc run with display then do a bios upgrade from there.
A bios N13 ver. 02.02 would help or a bios version before the cve-2022 bios enhancement. Kindly assist.
