URGENT BIOS and secure boot help - HP OMEN 25L GT12 

I need help getting call of duty modern warfare 4 multiplayer working on my HP OMEN 25L.

computer details:

product number: 587L8EA#ABU

motherboard ID: 8876

BIOS version: F.21

AMD TPM firmware: 3.92.0.5

windows 11.

 

the game says my TPM firmware needs updating and security boot is not enabled.

HP offers BIOS F.24 Rev A (SP165481) and i have downloaded it but not installed it.

Can anyone confirm wether this is the safe update for my Exact PC and explain how to enable secure boot afterwards without causing windows or bitlocker recovery problems?

 

i have my bitlocker key safely backed up. Thank you
