When I click F10 on my Keyboard to load into the bios it says Save configuration changes and exit now ? Yes or no. Any help the arrow keys wont work so I cant say no Thanks in advance

My computer used to run off windows 7 (64bit) now it runs off windows 10 (64bit)

 

and YES i have tried with another keyboard 

 

 

So i fixed it by unplugging my pc holding down the power button for 20 seconds taking out the battery pluging it in turning it on then turning it off then holding down the power button for 20 seconds putting back in the battery then turning it back on 

 

BUT one last thing before i say this is solved Can someone tell me what NX is and Should i enable it

also it loads the bios but says Save configuration changes and exit now ? when it loads i cant move my arrow keys

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Please run a Keyboard Test from F2 Diagnostic


- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Computer.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second. 
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Keyboard
