hp elitebook x360 1030 g2, BIOS P80 Ver. 01.31 - 10/16/2019

Hello! I have a BIOS password in English letters. In the BIOS settings menu, I changed the menu language to Russian. Now, when loading at the very beginning to Windows, there are always only Russian letters, and I can’t enter the BIOS, because. the password is in English, and the layout is in Russian.

How did I get it? VeraCrypt was installed on the laptop, the password was also in English on it, I could not log in. At the very beginning, when entering the password, I pressed F5 and it became clear to me what characters I was entering - they were ONLY Russian letters, the keyboard did not switch to English in any way.

I reset the laptop to factory settings (goodbye VeraCrypt), reinstalled Windows, everything is fine here. But here in BIOS - I still can’t enter, because 100% exactly the layout does not switch to English. What to do?
