Product: Zbook 17 g6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I downloaded and installed the recommended update for the BIOS. The laptop restarts but never actually reached the installation phase.
The bios is not starting anymore and it is stuck at the "protected by hp sure run" screen
I tryed:
restarting
Restarting by removing batteries
Restarting and pressing Windows + B button
Ditto with USB stick containing recovery BIOS
Restarting and pressing Windows + V button
Also with USB Stick
I deactivated Bitlocker on an external PC of the main hard drive but even with it it never actually reaches the bios
