HP ALL-IN-ONE
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good morning

When I open my All-in-One I am offered a bios up date.  However when I click on install nothing happens, when time runs out it  starts normally.  Once in awhile a program seizes and nothing I do will unfreeze it.  Any suggestions accepted.

Hi,

The BIOS update could be a false positive.

I would check your HP product download site for a BIOS update. Do the update manually.

HP Support Assistant BIOS updates may break the BIOS at times requiring factory service.
