HP Recommended
Product: S5580t slimline desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have been unable to reset BIOS password or flash BIOS and I used HP's suggested steps. I have heard that some HP computers cannot be  accessed or reset except by HP. Anyone know this to be true? If so, any documentation on this available?
