If anyone can help please do...this has had me pulling my hair out! Please keep the replied as simple as you can...sometimes it may appear I know what I'm talking about but my expertise extend only really to googling.
The issue: Recently turned on and opened up a few windows, nothing out of the ordinary. Went to open the browser...froze and then got a blue screen.
Tried restarting and got two long and two shorter beeps...which I take to mean BIOS issue. Gone onto the HP support product page and downloaded the latest BIOS version for my motherboard, got all that correct and installed via USB.
Restarted and I'm still getting the two-two beeps. I've tried the previous BIOS version, the latest, neither work. Not sure where to go.
